The license is the result of the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s goal to establish competency standards for caregivers and requires compliance to best practices of operation, with the ultimate objective of assuring consistent and high quality home care services for residents of the state. Most standards of the licensure are not new to HELPsource™ Home Care, as the agency has long required performance in excess of the standards now mandated.
