HELPsource Home Care Services, a PA licensed Private duty Home Care and Home Support Provider is currently seeking a Marketing & Sales Representative to join its growing team!  Candidates preferrably have 2+ years of prior experience in home health sales, hospice sales or sales for an assisted living facility or related business. We May consider a recent grad, with some work experience, great references and a marketing degree.

The company provides in-home personal care assistance and home support to seniors and other individuals in need.  This is an industry that is experiencing growth and the company is looking for a candidate who is interested in growing with it and is not afraid of a competitive marketplace. 

Candidates will be responsible for developing relationships with referral sources, closing sales leads, promoting a positive company image and attending community functions, professional organizations and other networking events as a company representative.   Successful candidate will be experienced in cold calling, new business development and relationship-based sales.  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
