Whether you are staying at a hotel or at a private home, we can help.
HELPsource™ Travel Care Assist™ is now available!
Travel for those affected by physical disability or illness can sometimes be difficult. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, our team can make a difference in your travel experience to the Delaware Valley by providing a pre-planned schedule of personal assistance from arrival to departure.
Services can begin with our professional Personal Travel Care Assistants meeting travelers at the plane or train, providing escort assistance to their destination. Later, they can be scheduled for as little as a two (2) hour personal care visit for morning and evening care or up to 24 hour per day. Your guests will receive caring assistance with transportation to and from meeting venues or events. At the traveler’s request, caregivers may discretely stay behind the scene or return at event’s close to assist in return to hotel. Personal Mobility Devices are available for short term rental.
Our caregivers meet rigorous qualification, training and screening protocols.
All personnel display professional dress and behavior at all times. They are also bonded, insured and criminal background checks are completed on all staff. Caregiver services are under the supervision of HELPsource™ Home Care, a licensed home care agency. All services are contracted by signed agreement directly with the guest or their representative.
