Our Registered Nurses will work with your primary physician to coordinate the delivery of any essential home health needs such as Physical, Speech and Occupational therapies and other Personal Care Services.
Our attention is not just focused on the patient. As part of a comprehensive plan, we provide family members and other caregivers with the instruction necessary to maintain the health and well being of the loved one in your care.
When appropriate, we provide our competent and compassionate Registered Nurses with state-of-the-art remote health monitoring technology. Our Telemedicine System allows us to respond proactively to any changes in your loved one’s health by daily evaluating vital signs and other critical data from a device in the home connected to a central monitoring station in our office. This not only allows us to care for our patients when our Nurses are not scheduled to be there in person, but keeps your physician apprised of any changes in the patient’s condition.
