When appropriate, we provide our competent and compassionate Registered Nurses with state of the art remote health monitoring technology.  Our Telemedicine System allows us to respond proactively to any changes in your loved one’s health by daily evaluating vital signs and other critical data from a device in the home that is connected to a central monitoring station in our office.  This not only allows us to care for our patients when our Nurses are not scheduled to be there in person, but keeps your physician apprised of any changes in the patient’s condition.
