We are a CHAP accredited, Pennsylvania (PA) state licensed and Medicare certified Home Health Care Agency dedicated to helping you or a family member in Lower Bucks, Eastern Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, recuperate from an illness or maintain your health in the comfort and safety of home.  Our compassionate Nurses, Home Health Aides(HHA), and Therapists offer Skilled Nursing Care, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy and a full complement of Private Duty Services.  In addition, we offer a full range of mobility devices including everything from Power Chairs and Scooters to canes and walkers.

HELPsource utilizes state of the art technology to ensure the highest level of care for our patients in Lower Bucks, Eastern Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.  Where appropriate, our patients are provided with Remote Health Monitoring Equipment to transmit data from a device in the home to a central monitoring station in our office.  Vital health information is gathered, monitored and interpreted every day so that we may respond to changes proactively.
