We are a CHAP accredited, Pennsylvania licensed and Medicare certified Home Health Care Agency dedicated to helping you or a family member in Philadelphia, Lower Bucks, and Eastern Montgomery Counties recuperate from an illness or maintain your health in the comfort and safety of home. Our compassionate Nurses, Home Health Aides, and Therapists offer Skilled Nursing Care, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy and a full complement of Private-Duty Services and Travel Care Assistance services. In addition, we offer a full range of medical supplies including everything from incontinence supplies to canes and walkers.
HELPsource™ Home Health Services utilizes state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest level of care for our patients in Philadelphia, Lower Bucks, and Eastern Montgomery Counties. Where appropriate, our patients are provided with Remote Health Monitoring Equipment to transmit data from a device in the home to a central monitoring station in our office. Vital health information is gathered, monitored and interpreted every day so that we may respond to changes proactively.
