Does my "Mom" need Assisted Living?  I’m not sure what she needs!

• Does "Mom" know how to reach you by phone at all times?
• Can she bath and dress herself without assistance?
• Can "Mom" dispense and take medications unassisted?
• Can she safely prepare her own nutritious meals?
• Can "Mom" remember her physician appointments?
• Does she ever refer to the past as if it were the present?
• Will "Mom" be safer if a caregiver is with her when I am not?
