   ♥   Does she know how and when to dial 911?  
   ♥   Does "Mom"  know how to reach you by phone at all times?
   ♥   Can she bath and dress herself without assistance? 
   ♥   Can "Mom" dispense and take medications, unassisted? 
   ♥   Can she safely prepare her own nutritious meals? 
   ♥   Can "Mom" remember her physician appointments? 
   ♥   Does she ever refer to the past as if it were the present? 
   ♥   Will "Mom" be safer if a caregiver is with her when I am not?
