Service to the Community                                          

At HELPsource, we take to heart our responsibility and commitment to the community we serve. We are serious about our role as a resource for education, disease management and the safety of our patients and their families as well as those we may care for in the future.

As part of this mission, HELPsource has created a program of talks, seminars and some just plain fun educational presentations.  We have developed relationships with area Senior Community Centers, Senior Apartment Complexes and various religious affiliated Senior programs throughout Philadelphia, Lower Bucks, and Eastern Montgomery Counties.

The HELPsource Professional Nursing and Rehabilitation Staff has presented programs on Stroke Prevention, Back Pain, Winter Safety and Fall Prevention, Sleep Apnea, Identity Theft Prevention, Medication Management & Compliance and our ever popular MEDICATION BINGO.

HELPsource also provides on-site blood pressure screenings to the community.  We have participated as corporate sponsor for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Annual Memory Walk, The Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Annual Expo, Federation and Jewish Family and Children’s Services.

HELPsource Home Health Services is an active member of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.
