Thank you for making me a caring heart
Thank you, to you and to everyone in the office for making Wednesday so special for me. The facial was just wonderful and so relaxing. The lunch was delicious and the flowers beautiful. I finally have a moment to send you this note! I just wanted to say thank you very much for all your help with our patient's arrangements while in Philadelphia. You were incredibly thorough, very responsive, and delivered exceptional attention to detail. Having never made these sorts of arrangements before, I was unsure about the entire process. You made it very painless. In a situation where it all felt out of my control, you made it seem like at least one aspect was taken care of properly. Should we ever need such services in the future, we will absolutely come back to your firm. Should we require these services in a different city, you have set our expectations very high for future providers. The feedback I received on the health attendant was also very positive.
